Processing Time

• Orders ship within 1–2 business days after inspection
• Tracking information is sent once the sauna leaves the warehouse

Estimated Transit Time

• West Coast: 5–7 Business days
• Midwest / Central States: 7–10 Business days
• East Coast: 11–14 Business days

Transit time refers to delivery to your local freight terminal.

Freight Preparation

Due to the size and weight of some sauna pallets, some models (especially hybrid units) may require 3–7 additional days for freight carriers to confirm the proper equipment for delivery.

Delivery Method

• All saunas ship via freight carrier
• Delivery is curbside only (end of driveway or curb)
• The driver will unload the pallet but cannot bring the sauna inside

Delivery Scheduling

• The freight carrier will contact you 24–48 hours before delivery
• Delivery appointments are typically scheduled within a 4-hour window

Packaging

• 1–2 person saunas: typically ship in one box
• Larger saunas: ship in multiple boxes for easier handling
• All boxes are secured vertically on a pallet for safe transport

Important Delivery Inspection

When your sauna arrives:

• Inspect the packaging before signing the delivery receipt
• Note minor scratches or dents on the receipt
• If you see major damage (large holes, forklift damage, etc.), refuse the delivery so a replacement can be arranged immediately
