Who Can Use Shop Pay Installments
Shop Pay Installments is currently available to eligible customers in the United States who meet the following requirements:
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have a valid U.S. billing address
• Must have a U.S. mobile phone number capable of receiving SMS verification
• Must have a valid debit or credit card for automatic payments
• Must pass Affirm’s eligibility and identity verification process
Eligibility is determined by Affirm at checkout, and approval is not guaranteed.
Purchase Amount Requirements
Shop Pay Installments is available for purchases within certain price ranges.
Typical ranges include:
• $50 – $999 → Pay in 4 interest-free payments
• $150 – $20,000 → Monthly installment plans
Since many infrared saunas fall into the higher price range, customers will typically be offered monthly payment plans up to 12 months.

How the Installment Process Works
When you select Shop Pay Installments at checkout, the process works as follows:

• checking eligibility will not impact your credit score in most cases
• full credit checks may apply for certain longer-term financing plans
• approval decisions are made solely by Affirm
INFRIUM does not influence approval decisions.
Returns and Refunds with Installments
If a product purchased using Shop Pay Installments is returned according to our Refund Policy, the refund will first be processed through Affirm.
Affirm will then:
• adjust the payment schedule
• cancel remaining payments if applicable
• issue refunds according to their policies
