Residential Warranty Coverage
- 5-year limited warranty on eligible heating elements and electronics
- 1-year limited warranty on the wood structure and cabin components
Coverage begins on the original purchase date and applies to qualifying defects in materials and workmanship.
Eligibility
The warranty:
- Applies to the original purchaser only
- Is non-transferable
- Applies at the original installation location
- Requires valid proof of purchase
- Applies to eligible products delivered within the contiguous United States or Canada
- Is valid for indoor use only
Transferring ownership, relocating the sauna, removing or altering the serial number, or installing the sauna outdoors may void the warranty.
What the Warranty May Cover
Subject to inspection and approval by Golden Designs, eligible coverage may include:

- Electrical components and control panels
- Eligible built-in electronics
- Qualifying wood-structure or cabin defects
Golden Designs determines whether a component qualifies for warranty service and whether repair or replacement parts are appropriate.
Customer Costs
This warranty covers eligible parts only. It does not cover labor, installation, removal, reinstallation, or other service expenses.
Customers may be responsible for:
- Shipping or returning requested components
- Shipping insurance
- Export or customs charges
- Taxes, duties, or other transportation-related expenses
Do not return the sauna or any component without receiving authorization and instructions.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Normal wear and tear
- Outdoor installation or exposure to weather
- Misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper maintenance
- Incorrect or inappropriate installation
- Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications
- Use that does not follow the manufacturer’s instructions
- Installation on an unsuitable surface
- Electrical receptacle or circuit problems

Once your sauna ships, you will receive tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Because infrared saunas are large and heavy wellness products, they are delivered using freight carriers rather than standard parcel services. All deliveries are curbside delivery, meaning the freight driver will unload the sauna pallet at the curb or end of your driveway.
The freight carrier will contact you 24–48 hours before delivery to schedule a delivery appointment. Deliveries are usually scheduled within a 4-hour delivery window.
Depending on the model, your sauna will arrive in:
